The core Service is provided free of charge and does not require registration. Optional premium features may be introduced in the future; they will always be clearly marked and voluntary.

The QueenDash name, logo, interface design, original written content and software code are owned by QueenDash and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
Rating data is sourced from FIDE (Fédération Internationale des Échecs) official publications. Game scores are sourced from Lichess broadcasts and other public chess databases. These are subject to their respective terms. Stockfish is used under the GNU GPL v3 licence.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g. linked usernames). By submitting it, you grant QueenDash a limited licence to use it solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
Chess rating data depends on FIDE's official monthly publications; live data depends on third-party sources outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QueenDash and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed €50 (or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if greater).
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; the updated date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
